SET TIMES: Your set times were sent with the the email that linked you to this page. Set times are firm. Due to a strict nightly (12AM) curfew at Live Oak Campground, there is absolutely no extra time for movement or overages.

If you are unsure of your set time, please reference the email with subject line “Lucidity Festival – Timeslots – Artist Advance – Guest List” or you can contact James (Crossroads Talent Buyer) or Fabian (Nomads Stage Talent Buyer) directly.

GUEST LIST: Please refer to your initial offer or signed contract for your guest list allotment. All Artists and their Guests are required to check in at the Artist Check-In located at the box office. You and your guests will be parked in the Box Office parking lot and shuttled into the festival after Check-In unless you have been issued a Car or RV pass. Artist Guest passes do not come with parking or RV passes. Artist guests will be allowed to enter the festival starting Thursday, April 7th: 12pm – 6pm.

CAR CAMPING: Unfortunately, due to the severe drought in Southern California the County of Santa Barbara has greatly limited our number of car camping passes. Car camping passes are not available as a part of your compensation. If Load In/Load Out is necessary, you will be issued a Temporary pass to drop your gear off at the stage you are playing. Temporary passes are good for 1 hour only. Please don’t abuse this privilege. Artist Relations will also be offering transportation support for Artists that need to take gear to their campsite, but it’s a busy time and we are here to help. We simply ask that you please be patient 🙂

GROUND TRANSPORT: Ground Transportation only applies if it was included in your offer. Ground Transportation is ONLY provided between Santa Barbara/Goleta and the festival site at the time of your arrival and departure. If you are unsure, please check your contract for the appropriate details. Please finalize all of your ground transportation requests with James by Wednesday March 30th at the latest.

LOAD IN: Please check in with your Stage Manager no less than 2 hours before your scheduled performance start time. Please be present and set up, ready to play at least 15 minutes before your scheduled performance start time.

BOX OFFICE LOCATION AND HOURS: The Box Office is located in the main parking area. You cannot miss it and will be guided to it by Traffic Control. For faster entry, we ask that ALL attendees (including Artists, Performers and their Guests) use the Artist Check-In. After you and your guests are issued your 3 day Festival Pass, you will also be issued “Stage” credentials, as well as further instructions concerning load in.

Thursday, April 7th: 12pm – 10pm (Vendors,  Musicians, Early Arrivals, Guests)
Friday, April 8th: 10am – 10pm
Saturday, April 9th: 10am – 10pm
Sunday, April 10th: 10am – 10pm

HOSPITALITY: Green Rooms will be behind both the Crossroads and Nomads Stages with basic festival hospitality (drinks, snacks, friends)

SETTLEMENT: Your Stage manager will have your check available immediately after your set. If they do not, you can pick up your settlement at the production office, starting Friday from 12pm-7pm, until Monday at 12pm. The Production Office will be clearly marked on the Festival Map included with your arrival packet. All approved settlements will be made by check. Cash will not be available at the festival unless otherwise negotiated.

If you are receiving payment, you will be required to fill out a W9. No exceptions.
